Shipping Information

We offer the following delivery services

Free Delivery

We offer FREE DELIVERY on most UK orders, however, regional surcharges may apply and will be clearly shown at checkout.

Your order will be delivered on a Standard Delivery service.

We will despatch your goods within 3 - 4 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) and these will be delivered by one of our courier partners on a 2 or 3 day service, so it will take 5 to 7 working days to get the goods to you.

If a customer places an order on a weekend, we aim to have the goods before the next weekend.

Pallet Delivery

Some of our bulkier items require a Pallet delivery service. Our courier partner will contact you directly to arrange a time when they will deliver the order.

Surcharge Areas

Depending on the courier service we need to use for your order, delivery addresses in the following areas may require us to make a customised delivery charge. If a customised charge is required this will be clearly indicated at the shipping options page.

UK Surcharge Areas

Please note that some larger/heavy orders with delivery addresses outside of the UK mainland may incur an additional surcharge to those detailed above. If this is the case we will call or email you before we proceed with your order.

Delivery procedure

The majority of goods are shipped from our central warehouse; a few products are shipped from other locations and in these cases you may receive more than one delivery.

Tracking your order

We know once you have placed your order you want to know when it will be delivered, we will keep you informed by sending you an email to let you know: -

  • 1. Which of our courier partners will be delivering your order
  • 2. The courier tracking reference number
  • 3. A link to the courier tracking website

If for any reason you are not able to track your order using the details on this email then please get in touch using our customer contact form.

Damaged Goods

If your goods arrive damaged when delivered then we apologise and will do everything we can to rectify the situation.

IMPORTANT: When signing for the delivery, if there is any damage to the packaging or product at all please sign for as "damaged" or do not accept the delivery. All items damaged in transit must be notified to us within 48 hours using our customer contact form. Failure to do this may result in the item not being replaced.

The legal stuff

When you place an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This e-mail does not constitute acceptance amounting to a contract; acceptance takes place when the product is despatched, until which time we are entitled to withdraw the offer.

We will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery and will not be liable for any loss or damage to goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
